Ministry of Education issued "The Guidelines of Kindergarten Education" in 2001. The guidelines had enhanced the overall quality of the ability that the kindergarten teachers should have. Most kindergarten teachers come from the pre-professional vocational training. The vocational pre-professional dance course is one of the compulsory courses in the higher vocational preschool. Side by side, showing dance ability, appreciating dance ability and the ability of composing children's dance are essential vocational skills to go in for the education of childhood'dance in early to the students. In recent years, the pressure of dance teaching was virtually increased greatly because the admission of the higher vocational preschool was constantly expanded in order to meet the demand of the society. Then many problems appeared. So, these circumstances require us to find the source of the problems, think up the method to solve the problem and increase the quality of teaching. Thus, we can keep up with the times and bring up qualified teachers for preschool education.In this paper, the author took Jinzhou Normal College as survey sites and took a questionnaire form the students in the preschool education. At the same time, the dance teachers, dance director of the Department, the faculty and some students were interviewed. By comprehensive analyzing the survey data, the author summed up the main problems in the dance teaching content, teaching methods, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and teaching practice. The author suggested solutions to raise the level of dance teaching by being combined with teaching experience of 10 years. In my opinion, to want to enrich the content of dance teaching, we should not only choose the content according to physical and psychological characteristics of the students, but also strengthen the theoretical knowledge of the children dance and focus on the learning dance movements of young children. And we should join theory content such as the appreciation lessons of dance and dance works of art history.Moreover, we should flexible use of various teaching methods, primarily to include: self-based approach, psychological suggestion method, multi-media teaching methods and teaching levels. On this basis, we should also establish a scientific evaluation system of teach, add the composing contents of children dance to it, develop summative assessment into period assessment, use a variety of the evaluations of teaching methods including self-evaluation, evaluation of others and the teacher evaluation, and pay attention to carry out teaching practice.Dance lesson is basic courses to pre-vocational students. It is the students have to master professional skills. At the same time, Dance lesson will certainly help for students to enhance the overall artistic level. The dance teaching level promotion will have a positive promoter action regarding the quality preschool education overall teaching level enhancement.
