David Hockney is undoubtedly one of the most influential painters of today's international art world,his kaleidoscope-liked art form of variety and creativity in artistic painting style has attracted the international attention,and is known as "Britain's most famous Living painter." He has made outstanding contributions to many art fields such as painting,photography,etching,and stage design.In his recent three decades of photographic career,he vowed to adhere to a variety of forms to explore a wide variety of photography.As an avant-garde artists,his works include almost all devices that can be used and he has been using the most cutting-edge science and technologies in the creation of his work,including fax machines,laser photocopiers and computers.In recent years,video,iPhone,iPad and other equipment are also used.In this article,David Hockney's borrowing of photographic technology in artistic creation is used as an entry point to help people understand what kind of ideas and processing methods David Hockney used to create his stunning works.With this inspiration,the new technology would make it easier for the artists to present their art creation.Therefore,this article is divided into four chapters as follows:in the first chapter,the artistic background of David Hockney and the influence of these artistic trends on his early artistic style are described.Secondly,David Hockney's skepticism about European traditional focus perspectives is presented,at the same time,Cubism and Chinese scroll painting's enlightened David Hockney,and the process of challenging the focus perspectives is also described in this part.The third part mainly describes the use of photography technology in David Hockney's artistic creation,as well as various forms of his artistic expression.In the last chapter,a comprehensive understanding of David Hockney's artistic trajectory is concluded,and David Hockney's exploration and borrowing of technology brings a reference to the new era of countless new technologies to the artists today.
