Analysis Of "Flower Culture" Tourism Management

With people's growing spiritual and cultural needs increasing,together with the background of new supply-side and the construction of ecological civilization,higher requirements of tourism development have been put forward.As a kind of tourism products that can both be loved by the masses and increase the cultural connotation,Flower Culture Tourism has gained increasing attention in recent years.However,the problems also emerge on along with the development.Flower Culture Tourism is faced with multiple problems such as the lack of cultural connotation,the persistent development of the industrial chain and obvious seasonal restrictions.However,he management problems should be cared among the many causes of these problems.The optimization of management may achieve more better benefits such as economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits.The Governance theory breaks up the restriction of single centre governing in the traditional mode as a brand new idea in the cultural and tourism management,which emphasizes the establishment of multi-center cooperation of government,market and society in the governance of public affairs.This theory provides logical governance different from bureaucratic administration for public affairs and provides newer and better privacy for the vigorous development and management methods of Flower Culture Tourism.This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the cultural tourism-management obstacles and puts forward the optimization of management based on the theory.Focusing on the management mode,this paper applies the integrated use of literature analysis,comparative analysis,investigation and other research methods,which analyzes the main domain problems in the management.Through the comparative analysis of cases among some existing management modes,the existing problems are discussed and the causes are analyzed.To propose a multi-center governance model which takes government,enterprises,social organizations and the public as the center and gains wide participation and co-governance,reasons are sought out while methods are found out.Based on this model,the government has to give better play to the function of guidance while the enterprises need to give full play to the function of construction and operation.Moreover,social organizations need to give full play to their functions of guidance and assistance while the public needs to give full play to their functions of appraisal and feedback so as to truly achieve diversified governance.All in all,Flower Culture Tourism management can be used as a social and systematic project and management involved should be pluralistic.Through the positive interaction among these multiple subjects,the effective management of domain cultural tourism may realize and the contribution of economic development,social benefits and other aspects may come true.
