This paper is the Self-study at the perspective of narrative research.The author has found various problems in her teaching practice after appointment,such as education management,classroom management skills,coordination with local teachers,etc.Therefore,the author thinks about the self-growth and professional development of novice Chinese teachers.First of all,based on the current teaching experience,the author finds out and summarizes typical problems.Then edit the narrative text and carry out the narrative research.Secondly,this paper analyzes the reason of the practice problems,to excavate the deep meaning of daily life education practice.So that the author can gain self-growth.Thirdly,based on the author's own and previous experience,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the professional development stage of novice Chinese teachers.Fourthly,in view of the problems arising from the practice,with the international Chinese teachers' professional development related knowledge as the foundation,this paper puts forward advices to promote the professional development of the author and other new Chinese teachers.Finally,after the summary analysis,through the attitudes and practices in the face of problems,this paper reflects the Confucius Institute and the National Hanban's contribution to the cultivation of volunteer teachers.It is precisely because of these training that I can quickly adapt to the overseas work life and be able to face the problems positively.In order to ensure the validity of the narrative report,the author will try to overcome the "ingratiating effect" and "perfect effect",adheres to the attitude of seeking truth from facts,write the teaching journal truthfully,and provide effective research materials for the narrative research.At the same time,the author makes external verification,such as asking the partner teachers and other teachers for evidence,watching the teaching videos,etc.,to ensure the authenticity.To respect other people's privacy,if there are names in the teaching journals and narrative reports,there will be no real names,using code names.Therefore,this study can not only timely summarize the teaching of education,but also provide rich experience for education teaching in the future,and promote the professionalization and professional growth of teachers.
