In today's information age,the media is developing with each passing day.With the increasingly close communication between anthropology and the media,more and more people begin to use anthropological fieldwork methods to study the media.Strengthening the communication and cooperation between anthropology and journalism is conducive to further promoting the integration of disciplines and making contributions to the development of media anthropology in China.This translation report selects Anna Cristina Pertierra's Media Anthropology for the Digital Age.The thesis focuses on the translation methods of abstract nouns,participles used as adverbials and attributive clauses according to the textual features of the original text.The translator hopes that the translation of this text will enable more people to understand the emergence,development and latest trends of this field,so as to guide the practice and progress of media anthropology in China and to provide reference for the translation of media anthropology texts.
