Sedentary office crowd because of working pressure,every day sitting for long,will cause the body and a series of health problems such as cervical spondylosis mouse hand,leading to their functional exercise ability to drop,affect their physical health through square fitness dance practice,this paper adopted literature method,mathematical statistics,using FMS functional testing,explore the sedentary office crowd before and after the experiment the change of functional exercise capacity in order to by observing the sedentary office crowd body basic form static balance the flexibility and stability of each joint flexibility quality core body strength Changes of body control,the authors studied the plaza,fitness dance can be an effective promotion of sedentary office crowd the workings of functional exercise capacity,provide experimental basis for the national fitness movement scheme effectively at the same time,further study on the functional ability of the movement to promote the healthy development of the human body health what positive influence through the analysis of the data before and after the experiment,the following conclusions.Conclusion 1:after square exercise,the static balance ability of sedentary office workers has been significantly improved.Conclusion 2:the flexibility and flexibility of all joints in the body of sedentary office workers have been enhanced.Conclusion 3:the bilateral functional asymmetry of sedentary office workers was improved,and the core muscle strength was enhanced.Conclusion 4:through exercise,the pain of all parts of the body caused by sitting in office is reduced.Conclusion5:square fitness dance practice also reduced sedentary office crowd tension caused by the work and life,improve their sleep,improve the quality of life caused by prolonged sitting pain also eased,psychological also become more pleasant to increase ability of sedentary office crowd functional exercise,to promote the healthy development of'their constitution.At the same time,through this research proposal 1:enterprises and institutions,Banks and other units that need to sit at the office can set up a work-out exercise plan,30-40 minutes a day to arrange the unit staff square exercise exercise.Proposal 2:besides square fitness dance,still can encourage a worker to undertake a few motion difficulty more than the job is not big,motion time is not long oxygen motion,wait for motion project like 8 duan jin of shadow boxing.Suggestion three:sedentary office crowd should also improve their awareness of physical exercise,do not sit for a long time.
