Group Work Is Involved In The Study Of Cultural Elderly Care Services In Urban Communities

The aging trend of the population in China is becoming increasingly serious,and the material living standard of the urban elderly is gradually improving.However,the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly are becoming more and more prominent and burning.In this context,our country put forward the new concept of "cultural pension".In addition,with the great efforts of the country to promote the development of social work,as the provider of community cultural old-age care services,social workers can play an active role in enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly in the community.It is of great significance and importance to promote the elderly to realize cultural old-age care.In this research,the elderly from H community in Kuancheng District of Changchun City were selected as the objectives of my investigation.Our research finds that the material living standard was high and the needs for cultural old-age care were strong in the H community.However,this community has not fully met the needs of leisure and entertainment,learning and self-worth realization of the elderly.This paper finds out the problems existing in the community cultural old-age care service,including the low number of cultural activities,the single content form,the lag of facilities and the unreasonable arrangement,and then analyzes the reasons,including the lack of professional cultural old-age care service team and the insufficient attention to cultural old-age care services.Through the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the intervention of the group work,the author decides to use the working method of the group to provide community cultural old-age care services.First of all,recruit the team members;Secondly,we have carried out " cultural old-age care,you,he and me"," to set up a healthy cultural nursing view "," to jointly build a community cultural entertainment circle for the elderly "," to be the new elderly in the network age"," to live in brilliant old age,and I can also enjoy the sunset"," We shine together "," meet the sunset,happily separate" these seven activities;Then,the evaluation is carried out to find the effectiveness of the group work involved in community cultural old-age care services.Through the group activities,the group members found their own advantages,established a healthy concept of cultural old-age care,common entertainment,to meet the needs of leisure and entertainment,spiritual pleasure,the formation of the old Singing entertainment and manual entertainment circle in 2000;learned the knowledge of the Internet to meet the learning needs;work together to decorate the community,hold literary and artistic performances,perform programs for the elderly in the community,give full play to self-waste heat,and meet the needs of realizing self-worth.The author uses the group work method to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly in the community,to help them establish and practice the concept of healthy cultural old-age care,to achieve a positive state of old-age life,and to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of this study.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,including paying attention to the cultural old-age care needs of the elderly in urban communities,constructing a professional community cultural old-age care service team and striving for external resources to support community cultural old-age care services.
