The whole of the central political school's Xikang class is called the Xikang special training class attached to the central political school(hereinafter referred to as the "Xikang class").It is a special training class for the students of Xikang district established by the central training department of the national government in 1930 on the central political school.The establishment of Xikang class is the product of the education policy implemented by the national government in the 1930s in the face of the complex situation of frontier.Therefore,by studying the Xikang class of the central political school,we can not only understand the situation of the frontier education at that time,but also see the game between various political forces behind the establishment of Xikang class.This is a discussion of the introduction and the four chapters of the text.In the introduction part,the research significance of topic selection is explained,the academic history is summarized and reviewed,the research data and methods of this paper are explained,and relevant concepts are explained for better understanding of this paper,so as to present the basic structure and research thinking of this paper.The text is divided into four chapters:the first chapter briefly introduces the political environment of the frontier during the period of the republic of China and the purpose of the national government to carry out the frontier education in frontier areas,so as to show the background of the establishment of the Xikang class of the central political school.In addition,due to the lack of detailed introduction of the Xikang class in the central political school,this paper will give a detailed description of the establishment purpose,organization rules,personnel details and curriculum arrangement of Xikang class,so that readers can fully understand Xikang class.The second chapter starts with the establishment of relevant institutions and related figures of Xikang class and makes an in-depth analysis of the political game behind the Xikang class in the central political school.Xikang class was founded by the central training department,which is the central party office of The Kuomintang.In the 1930s,the situation of Sichuan.?Xikang and Tibet was not optimistic.There was a tension between the central government and Liu wenhui,a warlord of Sichuan province.The important figures associated with Xikang class,such as Gersan zeyen,dai chuanxian and Gui chongji,were loyal to the national government and trusted by Chiang kai-shek.Through the analysis of them,we can understand the ideology and political stand of Xikang class.The author also pays close attention to the "Ba'an incident" and other activities carried out by the graduates of Xikang class in Xikang area,and analyzes their role in it.Chapter three compares xikang class with other training classes such as mongzang class run by the national government in the same period,finds out the differences or similarities between Xikang class in terms of training duration,curriculum setting,source of students and so on,and summarizes the characteristics of Xikang class.It also analyzes the problems existing in Xikang class,such as the problem of taking the citizenship,the problem of students'graduation and other problems in the course of the establishment of Xikang class,and finds out the causes.Chapter four analyzes the graduation status of the graduates of Xikang class to find out the political influence of Xikang class and whether it achieves the purpose of setting up Xikang class.It also analyzes the important influence of Xikang class on the construction of Xikang and Xizang through the development status and contribution of Xikang class graduates in politics,culture,education and economy.By studying the Xikang class of the central political school,this paper hopes to draw people's attention to the relationship between the central government and various places in the republican period,and to the contribution of local elites to the construction of frontier areas.It also provides an important perspective for people to understand the border area education in the republic of China period,and its experience and lessons can provide a better reference for today's national education.I hope we can pay attention to national education to further promote the construction of border areas.
