Compared with non-boarding pupils,boarding pupils have fewer contact time with their families,and are prone to loneliness and produce all kinds of negative emotions.Peer relationship has special role for boarding pupils,can help pupils drive away loneliness,accept themselves,better integrat into the class,to maintain the physical and mental health of pupils.Most domestic researches on peer relationship focus on theoretical aspects,but there are few intervention studies;and the intervention group is mainly middle school students,few investigation and intervention research on peer relationship of boarding primary school students.In order to investigate the current situation of peer relationship in boarding primary schools,we select some students with poor peer relationship to conduct group counseling,and test the effectiveness of group counseling intervention,if the intervention is effective,will provide theoretical basis and practical reference for mental health intervention of primary school students.This study is divided into two parts:The first part is to investigate the current situation of peer relationship among boarding pupils,it is based on a boarding elementary school in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province as a sample school.The third,fourth,fifth and sixth grade students are selected as the research objects.The peer nomination law,social relations scale and self-made questionnaire are issued to investigate and analyze the peer relationship of boarding elementary school students.Shape.Research conclusions:(1)Overall,the peer relationship of boarding primary school students is not ideal,through peer nomination test,it was found that among the 300 pupils tested,while the rejected and neglected children accounted for 11.0%and 20.0%respectively.(2)In the choice of "poor" peer relationship,there is significant difference between male and female,and more male than female.(3)In grades 3-6,the rate of good peer relationship decreases with the increase of age;(4)Among the 300 students tested,the better the cognitive development of interpersonal relationship,the better the peer relationship;(5)Boarding pupils,regardless of the type of pupils,have a strong desire for peer relationship.The second part is to screen 110 students with poor peer relationship group counseling intervention.The 110 people were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 55 people in each group.After the group tutoring,the"social relationship" scale of hyden-thomson(1989)was applied to measure the peer relationship of children,and the results were compared with the results of the first measurement.Through the comparison of pre-test and post-test,it is found that group guidance is effective to improve the peer relationship of boarding pupils.At last,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions on how to improve the interpersonal communication environment and cultivate the interpersonal communication ability of primary school students.
