Combined with the author's teaching practice in the Chinese Language Education Institute that is affiliated to the Confucius Classroom in Taicheng,South Korea,and based on the constructivism theory,cognitive learning theory and the theory of communicative approach,this thesis mainly adopts such methods as literature research,classroom observation,practice and experience.By utilizing these methods,the author explains the Chinese teaching situation in the study abroad class,discusses the importance of classroom activities in South Korea's high school Chinese teaching,and conducts class activity design that based on the book Short-term Spoken Chinese: Pre-Intermediate.This thesis aims to analyze and study the current situation of Chinese classroom activities in Korean high schools,taking oral English class as an example,designing vivid and interesting classroom activities and applying them to the actual teaching process,so as to activate the classroom teaching atmosphere and improve the teaching efficiency.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the research purpose and significance,research object and content,research theory and research methods,and reviews the literature on the design and application of classroom teaching activities at home and abroad.The second chapter explains the basic understanding of classroom activity teaching.The third chapter mainly introduces the influencing factors of the Chinese classroom teaching activities in the Confucius Classroom in Taicheng Middle School.Starting with the Chinese teaching status,teaching equipment,teaching objects,teaching aims,outstanding teacher resource,teaching material analysis and teaching methods in this school,the author further analyzes and discusses the factors affecting the design of Chinese classroom activities,and provides reference for better improving the design of classroom activities.In the fourth chapter,the author combines her own teaching experience,starting from the two aspects of conversation and vocabulary,and shows the design activities of the intermediate oral learning in the two classes of Confucius Classrooms in Taicheng,and summed up the design and implementation of classroom activities.Besides,the author enumerates the problems found in the implementation of classroom activities and analyzes the reasons,finds the deficiencies in the design of classroom activities in Chinese teaching,proposes improvements and solutions,and evaluates the effects of classroom activities design and implementation.In the fifth chapter,the author combs the whole thesis,draws the research conclusions and innovations,and puts forward the research deficiencies and key points of follow-up research.
