| With the promotion of Chinese in Thailand,more and more Thai students begin to learn Chinese,but there are many problems in Thai students’ Chinese learning.For example,there are some problems in the Chinese class of Thailand Detudom Technical College,such as traditional teaching methods of teachers,low interest of students,and unreasonable design of classroom activities.For the students of Thailand Detudom Technical College whose Chinese language is in the primary stage,these problems will cause more and more serious consequences with the increase of Chinese learning time,which will restrict the improvement of their Chinese language proficiency.As a new type of teaching method,TBLT enables students to learn language by completing tasks and activities designed by teachers.TBLT has been accepted by the majority of educators for its practicability and interestingness,and has been applied to teaching.The implementation of TBLT needs to go through three stages,namely,the pre-task stage,the in-task stage and the post-task stage.In this series of processes,students use the target language to communicate and complete the task,which can fully exercise their language ability.Class activities are diverse and colorful,which is an effective means to activate the classroom atmosphere and attract students’ attention.In view of the characteristics of students in Thailand Detudom Technical College who are active and like to do class activities,the design of various class activities based on TBLT is carried out.And according to Happy Chinese Volume 1,Lesson 16,He Is a Doctor,a teaching design of two class hours and 100 minutes with task-based classroom activities is designed,which shows the specific implementation process of task-based teaching method in Chinese classroom activities,and gives teaching suggestions from various aspects of teachers and classroom activities. |
