The differences,flexibility,diversity,innovation and cooperation of English curriculum determine its important position in the construction of school curriculum.Therefore,in the tide of curriculum reform,the development of English school-based curriculum has been paid more and more attention.Based on this background,the school-based curriculum development of primary school English shows its unique significance and value.The primary school English curriculum standard clearly points out that we should let students learn to cooperate and communicate,cultivate students' innovative and comprehensive ability of using language.Let students understand different cultures,understand cultural differences and cultivate comprehensive ability.Through the development and utilization of school-based curriculum,the purpose is to cultivate students' comprehensive language use ability.Primary school English is not only to teach students the language,but also to teach the cultural forms and bearing ways behind the language,so that students can understand the culture behind the language to a certain extent.Based on the practical experience of English school-based curriculum development in Zhonghua Road Primary School,Yuzhong District,Chongqing,this paper aims to make students understand the English language,penetrate the culture,fully and deeply tap the English school-based curriculum resources,and comprehensively improve the ability of teachers and students.This paper discusses the development of English school-based curriculum in primary school from six aspects.The first part is introduction.This paper briefly introduces the reasons for the topic selection,the core concepts,as well as the existing research results,research purposes and significance,research ideas and methods,all for the preparation of this study.The second part analyzes the connotation and value of English school-based curriculum development of Zhonghua Road Primary School in Yuzhong District.Based on the case study of English school-based curriculum in primary school,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of English school-based curriculum in primary school from the aspects of teaching materials,curriculum,teachers and students,and puts forward relevant suggestions,which provides empirical support for practice.The most important thing is that he provides the model and successful experience of school-based curriculum development for other subjects in our school.The third part describes the process and background of curriculum development of Zhonghua Road Primary School in Yuzhong District,Chongqing.Through the initial needs assessment,the final implementation of the objectives to the organization and implementation of the evaluation stage,and finally formed a complete primary school English school-based curriculum development process.The fourth part is the content system of English school-based curriculum in Zhonghua Road Primary School,Yuzhong District,Chongqing.This is the theoretical and practical basis for the development of school-based English curriculum.The school-based English curriculum development of Zhonghua Road Primary School in Yuzhong District takes the development of students' personality as the starting point and fully mobilizes everyone's interest in learning.It not only benefits students but also teachers.The trial of the course greatly improves students' interest in learning,their love for English subjects and their understanding of foreign cultures.At the same time,it also increases teachers' awareness of inquiry,learning and curriculum.It really realizes the mutual improvement of teaching and learning.At the same time,it introduces the whole content of English school-based curriculum development in Zhonghua Road Primary School,Yuzhong District,Chongqing.The principles of school-based English curriculum development of Zhonghua Road Primary School in Yuzhong District respect the principles of science,democracy,pertinence,interest,integration of moral education and teaching,and combination of extracurricular.In the process of setting teaching objectives,we should follow the needs of students,teachers,society and subjects to set the overall objectives.In order to refine and implement,the overall goal is divided into student goal,year goal,teaching material goal and teacher goal.The content structure of school-based English Curriculum in Zhonghua Road Primary School is divided into textbooks and other curriculum resources.In terms of implementation approaches,we try to implement through multiple channels without sticking to a single situation.The evaluation of the course is also carried out a complete and systematic planning.Make education evaluation plan,develop evaluation methods,sort out evaluation data,get evaluation results,and use multiple means to evaluate.The fifth part is the practical effect of school-based curriculum,suggestions and improvement measures.Through the reflection on the school-based curriculum reform of Zhonghua Road Primary School in Yuzhong District,we can draw the following enlightenment: strengthen the research and demonstration in the research cycle,refuse the blind reform,and grasp the flexibility.In the aspect of idea goal,we should renew the idea,expand the idea space and popularize the English accomplishment.Ensure the goal is consistent and coordinated.In terms of curriculum content,we have reduced the complicated content,added humanistic feelings,cultural literacy,improved the quality of teaching materials,reflected the comprehensive characteristics,and improved the content system.And improve the quality of teachers,in line with the curriculum requirements.Add characteristic courses to meet the real needs of students.Design the research topic reasonably,guide students to find problems,encourage teachers to study problems,and promote the coordinated development of teachers and students.In terms of curriculum evaluation,reasonable and feasible evaluation standards are formulated,flexible references are provided,evaluation scope is expanded,and evaluation system is improved.Reform the way of examination and enrich the method of evaluation.
