Political Culture And The Construction Of Workers' Images In Left-wing Literature In The 1930s

The image of workers in left-wing literature is the first appearance of the image of workers in the history of Chinese literature.The essence of the image is the product of the combination of Marxist historical materialism and the image of Chinese native workers.However,this article studies the construction of the image of workers in left-wing literature from the perspective of political culture.Combining the social and historical context and the political and cultural context of the 1930 s.this article attempts to start with the creation practice of left-wing literature to explore the construction of workers' image in this period.The relevant research on the construction of workers' image in left-wing literature still belongs to a blank area in the whole academic circle.This paper holds that the construction of workers in left-wing literature is not only an image creation,but also an evolution of ideas.The first chapter of the thesis reviews the overall social and historical background of the1930 s.On the one hand,it focuses on the beginning of China's modern industrial modernization.On the other hand,it is based on the influence of Marx's historical materialism,Russian literature and other factors on Chinese writers.The second chapter,as the main part,directly discusses the production of left-wing workers' image under the guidance of political culture,and discusses it from the aspects of image construction and the harmony of historical consciousness.The third chapter mainly analyzes the political and cultural effects of the image construction of workers in left-wing literature.Through the above analysis,we can see that political culture is the leading factor in the image construction of left-wing workers.Selecting a political culture perspective can more directly analyze the problems existing in the image construction of left-wing workers and the value of literary history.The key to re-understanding the image of left-wing workers in the1930 s is to recognize the constructive nature of the "production" of the image of left-wing workers and truly understand the positive influence of the construction of the image of workers in the history of literature.
