The school education system and teaching process in the information age are undergoing extensive and profound changes.The reform and innovation of educational technology have completed the comprehensive penetration of educational ecology and promoted the profound transformation of educational concepts,teaching contents,teaching methods,learning methods and management models Information Technology has become the basic support and innovation power of modern education development.The core of information-based education in primary and middle schools is information-based classroom teaching.From the practical point of view,the application of modern technology education in English teaching is becoming more and more prominent,which is one of the essential qualities of an English teacher.Looking at today's classroom teaching,as one of the representatives of modern information technology,interactive whiteboard has gradually replaced the traditional blackboard has become an important auxiliary means of classroom teaching.Its wide use has brought a lot of convenience to the classroom,and has realized the diversification of teaching content,sharing of teaching resources,diversification of classroom interaction,efficient classroom management.Based on the first-line teaching practice,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of interactive electronic whiteboard in English class in some primary schools in the new district of Binhai,Tianjin Based on four dimensions: Frequency of use and liking,degree of understanding,effect of use and channel of understanding,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the current situation of using interactive whiteboard among the surveyed teachers and those under 35 and over 36 At present,there are still some problems in the application of Interactive Whiteboard in English teaching in primary schools,such as the lack of proficiency in whiteboard operation,the lack of updating and maintenance of hardware facilities,and the lack of pertinence in training.In this regard,the author puts forward several principles that should be adhered to in the application of Interactive Whiteboard,such as incentive principle,benefit principle,systematic principle and easy-to-accept principle From the three levels of Education Administration Department,School and Teacher,the paper puts forward to perfect hardware infrastructure,establish scientific assessment and evaluation system,and perfect teacher teaching incentive mechanism In order to promote the extensive use and in-depth practice of interactive whiteboard in primary school English class,and to promote the common progress of teachers and students,to create an effective classroom.
