Research On The Relationship Between Anxiety, Self-control And Relapse Tendency Of Male Forcibly Abstaining Persons And The Intervention Effect Of Mandala Coloring Exercises

The problem of relapse is an important problem in drug treatment.In this study,a quantitative study method was used to select 350 male addicts from one male compulsory isolation rehabilitation center from Nan Jing,then use the Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS),Self-Control Scale(SCS),and the Psychological Questionnaire for Relapse Proneness of Compulsory Drug Abuser "Conducted a collective test,and further explored the internal relationship between anxiety,self-control and relapse tendency.In addition,this study selected 90 subjects for the pre-test of the questionnaire,and then randomly divided into 3 groups: control group,free mandala coloring group and forced mandala coloring group.The control group did not receive any intervention treatment.The two intervention groups used free and forced selection of two different coloring methods and performed 16 mandala coloring interventions.After the anticipation was over,the members of the three groups were post-tested,and the effects of the intervention were analyzed and discussed.Research result:1.Addicts of different drug use years have significant differences in dimensions of anxiety,self-control and relapse tendency.2.Anxiety can positively predict relapse tendency and negatively predict self-control;self-control can negatively predict relapse tendency.Self-control plays an intermediary role in the effect of anxiety on relapse tendency.3.Compared with the control group,the free mandala coloring and forced mandala coloring can improve the self-control of male addicts and reduce the tendency of relapse,and there is no significant difference between the two.4.Compared with the control group,the anxiety level of the free mandala coloring group before and after the intervention was significantly different,while the forced mandala coloring group had no significant difference before and after intervention.Analysis conclusion:1.Anxiety is negatively correlated with self-control,positively correlated with relapse tendency,and has significant predictability for both.That is to reduce the anxiety of male addicts,it can further improve their self-control level and reduce the tendency to relapse.2.Self-control can positively predict the relapse tendency,that is,the self-control level of male addicts is improved,and it can also effectively reduce the relapse tendency.3.Both forms of mandala coloring intervention can improve the self-control ability of male addicts and reduce the tendency of relapse,which is an effective method to intervene in relapse tendency.4.Compared with forced mandala coloring,free mandala coloring also has the effect of reducing the anxiety level of male addicts.So overall,the free mandala coloring is more comprehensive.
