Research On International Cooperation In Counter-terrorism Financial Intelligence

Cutting off financial support to terrorists and terrorist organizations is essential to disrupting their operations and preventing attacks.To that end,governments around the world seek to identify and disrupt ongoing terrorist financing(TF)and to prevent future TF.Despite the traditional confrontation in intelligence collection,nations are consistent with the interests of counter-terrorism intelligence.It is not only of theoretical significance but also of strategic value to study international cooperation in counter-terrorism intelligence.Based on the foregoing idea,this thesis selects the perspective of international cooperation on counter-terrorism financial intelligence.Firstly,through the definition of relevant concepts,the value of counter-terrorism financial information and the significance of international cooperation are discussed.Secondly,it describes the construction of financial information system in various countries and the system of international cooperation and evaluates the current international cooperation effect.Thirdly,it analyzes the collection of anti-terrorist financial information and the participation of international cooperation under the system of national security and anti-terrorist legal system.Finally,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures to carry out counter-terrorism cooperation of financial intelligence under the Belt and Road initiative.
