Problems And Countermeasures In The Placement Of Retired Soldiers In Pulandian District

At present,the China is in a period of all-round development,and it is our three historical missions to promote modernization,complete the reunification of the motherland,and maintain world peace and promote common development.Soldiers play an important role in the army and are an important force in ensuring the stability of the country and the security of the people.As their numbers continue to grow,the placement of retired soldiers has received increasing atte ntion.But at present,the market economy system is changing rapidly and the policy reform of the ex-soldiers 'resettlement is slow.The retired soldiers and resettlement regulations issued in 2011 has been more than six years ago,resettlement of retired soldiers saw the emergence of many new problems and contradictions,need with the new theory and new way of thinking to understand.This paper combs through the work of the conscripts and non-commissioned officers under 16 years of service in Dalian prandian district,analyzes in detail the problems existing in four aspects of the resettlement policy,the implementation of the policy,the ex-soldiers themselves and the external environment of the policy through the case study and the questionnaire survey,and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for the government on the resettlement of ex-soldiers.
