For nearly 10 years, our e-commerce industry has grown rapidly, and internet purchases have become a way of spending a bit of love from the old age.In both towns and villages, more and more consumers choose to buy e-commerce because of its unique convenience and immediacy.Big saves people's shopping time also stimulates consumption, but online shopping has inherent drawbacks--The virtualization and uncertainty of its large data environment are testing consumers ability to identify. In the internet, buyers typically don't interact with the physical interaction of an online buyer, and each of the deals is replaced by data technology that is digitized.Buyers can't touch real objects, and it's harder to co-ordinate the price, which leads to a lot of false information today or a false advertising e-commerce.Consumers are enjoying their convenience as well, and they feel inadequate for phishing information. It is therefore visible that consumers Right to know will be severely infringed in the event of online purchases. There is a flaw in the legal laws of the current online shopping system. There are no specific rules to deal with the illegal behaviour of e-commerce merchants. This allows consumers to lack powerful legal weapons when defending their Right to know.
