Online shopping as a new consumption patterns, with people of their increasingawareness in our country rapidly developed. Behind the rapid development of onlineshopping, however, also appeared in a lot of problems that can not be ignored. Onthe current situation, online shopping is still in the booming stage, this stage,surrounding the impact of serious China’s online shopping is still not perfectlegislation, the social credit system has not been established, so online shopping isoften a violation of the interests of consumers thing. According to the resultspublished by the China Consumers’ Association, the Internet-related consumercomplaints last year reached 84.25 million. Online shopping security hasincreasingly become a topic of concern. The same time, online sales due to theparticularity of its carrier, behind in the rapidly developing, legal constraints,difficult, difficulty in enforcement of penalties and consumer advocates difficultissues are becoming increasingly apparent. In addition, online fraud, falseadvertising, misleading consumers, the contract for online shopping is not sufficient,the service is not timely issues related to greatly affect people’s trust in onlineshopping, many consumers complaining.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction of the case, and the case leads to discuss theproblem, define the issues to be discussed in this article. Case qualitative differencesare mainly concentrated in four areas: online shopping the main determined that theidentification of false information, the legal status of electronic evidence, the court’sjurisdiction.The second part is the main problem of identification of the network analysis,put forward a variety of controversial point of view, and analyze this issue in thecase and propose a solution to the problem. The third part of this paper is to analyze the problem of identification of falseinformation put forward a variety of controversial viewpoints, and to analyze thisissue in the case and propose a solution to the problem.The fourth part is the legal status of electronic evidence analysis, put forward avariety of controversial point of view, and analyze this issue in the case and proposea solution to the problem.The fifth part is the problem of identification of the jurisdiction of the Court toanalyze proposed a variety of controversial point of view, and analyze this issue inthe case, and propose a solution to the problem.
