Research On Collaborative Governance Of Internet Rental Bicycles In My Country

With the advent of the "Internet +" economy,Technology such as mobile payment and GPS satellite positioning has spawned an emerging travel mode for Internet rental bicycles.In the meantime,the shift from government-led public bicycle rental services to market-led Internet bicycle rental services has been promoted.With the help of social financing,China's Internet rental bicycle industry has achieved rapid development.It has played a positive role in meeting the needs of public travel,solving the problem of "last kilometers" of urban traffic,alleviating urban traffic congestion and building green travel system.However,many issues such as vehicle chaos,poor vehicle maintenance,failure of the corporate responsibility,user funds and information security risks continue to cause social concern.These problems also bring great challenges to the healthy development of the industry and urban governance.By analyzing the problems,we can conclude that in order to get out of the dilemma,we must innovate the governance model.Through the joint participation of the government,enterprises and the public,a collaborative governance model of "government-led,business-oriented and public participation" will be built.The government plays a leading role in guiding enterprises to self-regulate and encourage public participation.Enterprises bear the main responsibility to improve service and enhance the public's travel experience.The public actively participates in strengthening self-discipline management and giving play to the role of supervision and feedback.Through the joint participation,the Internet rental bicycle industry will achieve a healthy and orderly development.
