The Russo-Japanese War is a very important war in the history of international history in Northeast Asia,which ties the fate of several great powers in Northeast Asia together.In the history of the development of international relations in Northeast Asia,Russia is undoubtedly the pioneer,Russia developed and implement its Far East policy,and constantly in China Manchuria,the Pacific coast to open up territory,to seek equity.And after the rise of the Japanese after the rise of fantasy in the Far East to seek its "special interests" and the development of the "mainland policy",colonial expansion.Russia's "Far East policy" began with Japan's "mainland policy" fierce contradictions,eventually led to the outbreak of the Russo-Japanese War.The Russo-Japanese War ended with a defeat in Russia and signed the Portsmouth Peace Treaty.After the war,because Russia's domestic situation and the international situation changes,Russia from the reality to change its foreign policy,to seek coordination with Japan,through the signing of four "Japan-Russia compact",the establishment of alliance relations,together dominate the pattern of Northeast Asia.And Japan because of its strength is still weak,do not have the rule of Northeast Asia,the choice of good relations with Russia,and to develop its foreign policy,the establishment of Manchuria China Manchuria.This paper takes the Russo-Japanese War as the axis and describes the evolution of Japan-Russia relations before and after the war and its influence on the development of international political and diplomatic relations between Japan and Russia and Northeast Asia.
