Employees are the basis for the normal operation of the company,especially for service enterprises,whose core business relies on the efforts of employees.As a result,many business managers make their employees a major force for productivity.However,widespread across all industry employees inertia is high,the poor autonomy,work efficiency is low,how to motivate employees’ autonomy and improve employee’s job performance is one of the main problems facing enterprises.The law firm is a typical human service enterprise,and the law firm’s operation mode is to provide legal services by the firm’s lawyers,so as to collect service remuneration.As a direct provider of legal services,lawyers are characterized by the flexibility of their working hours and location.Whether a law firm’s lawyers can effectively provide high-quality legal services is the core factor determining whether a law firm can gain revenue in the market and gain the size of its profits.Therefore,how to inspire the lawyer,especially in the majority of young lawyers,young lawyers with less work experience,work autonomy is not high,are often unable to arrange their own work)able to work independent in a relatively flexible work time and work,improve their job performance is a main measure for law firms to raise their core competitiveness.The sense of organizational support is that the employees feel the support of the organization for their work.They care about the rights and interests of employees and recognize their values.Many scholars at home and abroad have carried out more thorough research on the dimensions of organizational support and other aspects.At the same time,many empirical demonstrations have also demonstrated the relationship between organizational support and job performance.However,there are relatively few empirical studies on such industries as lawyers and law firms.Chengdu,as the capital city of Sichuan Province,has a huge legal market.According to statistics,by the end of 2017,nearly 70% of lawyers in Sichuan Province were practicing in Chengdu.At the same time,Chengdu’s law firms have seen a trend of planning and corporatization.More and more law firms have begun to develop their culture and began to pay attention to the psychological status of lawyers,especially young lawyers.Based on the literature on organizational support and work performance,this study defined the sense of organizational support and work performance,and distributed questionnaires to a number of young lawyers in several law firms in downtown Chengdu.The questionnaire data analysis analyzed the relationship between young lawyers’ sense of organizational support and job performance,explored the feasibility of enhancing the work performance of young lawyers by strengthening law firm’s support system for young lawyers,and put forward many positive suggestions.In this study,through questionnaire analysis and questionnaire survey,200 questionnaires were randomly distributed,184 valid questionnaires were recovered after the invalid questionnaires were deleted,and the above data was analyzed using the analysis software.Based on this,the young lawyers’ sense of organizational support was explored.Impact on job performanceThe specific conclusions are as follows:1.Generally speaking,the support of Chengdu city youth lawyers has a positive effect on its work performance.2.Differences in organizational support and work performance of individuals with demographic variables.
