Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Online Petition Work In Dalian

Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,the domestic and foreign literatures and the research methods they used,and introduces the related concepts and theories.Include the theory of petition and public participation,petition and modern social conflict theory,petition management theory,etc.Secondly,from the historical background,the convenience of network system,the circulation and acceptance of petitions,the handling and feedback of petitions,and the degree of system operation,to give an overall introduction to Dalian online petition work.According to the analysis of the current situation,the problems of Dalian online petition work including four aspects:the low efficiency of some petitions,the implementation of the online petition work and feedback is not well,the application of big data of petitions is at a low level,and the evaluation mechanism is imperfect.In connection with these problems,we analyzed and summarized the reasons are the lack of efficient allocation and attribution mechanism,the lack of service awareness,the weak application ability of the petition big data and the lack of scientific evaluation criteria,etc.,correspondingly proposed the research coordination and capacity optimization mechanism,attach importance to implementation and Feedback steps,improve the ability of petition big data applications,Improve assessment methods and countermeasures.
