Study On The Socializationofservice Ofretired Military Cadres In Baoding

The service and administration of retired cadres in the armed forces are related to the stability,unity and modernization of the armed forces.Since 2004,retired military cadres transferred from the armed forces to local governments have been resettled in a decentralized way rather than centrally.With the continuous improvement of the economic development level,the contradiction between the diversified needs ofretired military cadres and the traditional service mode is increasingly prominent.In order to improve the service level of retired military cadres,better implement the "two benefits",and protect the rights and interests of retired military cadres,this paper studied the service socialization of retired military cadres in baoding city.This study selects the service of retired military cadres in baoding city as the case study object,uses the method of questionnaire survey to understand the service demand of retired military cadres,and makes an in-depth investigation into the current situation of service socialization of retired military cadres in baoding city.First,service socialization has relevant policy support;Second,the content of social services is constantly enriched;Third,service modes are more open and diversified;Fourth,the social capacity of military rest services has been constantly enhanced.This research combines the investigation data and the actual work situation,and analyzes the problems existing in the service socialization of retired military cadres in baoding city.First,the service socialization policy support is insufficient;Second,the responsibility of socialized management needs to be clearly defined.Third,the mode of social service is relatively single;Fourth,the participation of social professional forces is low;Fifth,the service quality evaluation system has not been established.This study combines the new public service theory,welfare pluralism theory and limited government theory to put forward suggestions for improving the service socialization level of retired military cadresin baoding city.The first is to strengthen top-level design and promote the process of socialization;the second is to clarify management responsibilities and overcome administrative system obstacles;the third is to innovate service methods and improve service quality;the fourth is to integrate social resources and improve the service level of retired military cadres;the fifth is to improve the evaluation system of service socialization.
