| Female employment discrimination is a widespread problem in today’s society.The employment of female college students is the main problem of employment discrimination.Under the same conditions,girls often have to work harder to get equal employment opportunities.In recent years,In recent years,experts have paid attention to gender discrimination in women’s employment from different fields in China.In the face of the increasing tendency of employment discrimination in our country,the legislation on gender discrimination in employment is imminent.The research starts from the definition of employment discrimination,combined with the provisions of various anti employment discrimination legislation at home and abroad and then compared.Through the introduction of experience of anti-employment discrimination legislation in the relevant extraterritorial areas,the research analyzes the causes of gender discrimination in employment in our country.There are some thoughts and suggestions were put forward about the legislation of the anti-gender discrimination in employment under national conditions. |
