Research On Optimization Of Incentive Mechanism For Yunnan Tax Civil Servants

As an important part of Civil Servant management mechanisms,civil servant incentive mechanism affects in work enthusiasm and efficiency,and also effect in taxation cadres construction.Therefore,optimization of mechanism is significance to taxation system in Yunnan province.In this paper,the concept of taxation cadres' incentives connotation,the analysis of the existing incentive mechanism in Yunnan provincial office of State Administration Taxation Bureau(SAT),based on the comprehensive reference incentives of incentives for civil servants,taxation cadres incentives put forward a sound proposal measures.The thesis is divided into three chapters,the first chapter is introduction,the second part is the current incentive mechanism problems and cause analysis,and the last one is the reform proposals of incentive mechanism.
