Research On Network Security Supervision Of Public Security System

With the increasing number of network security issues,the research on network security regulation by scholars is also on the rise.The existing research results mainly focus on network security legislation,public security team enforcement boundaries,and regulatory models.Although many research results have been achieved,the research on network security supervision of the public security system by scholars is obviously insufficient,the most evident is the lack of research literature and the narrow coverage.Therefore,the research on the network security supervision of public security system is of practical significance to maintain network security.This thesis takes the public security network security as the research object,under the guidance of iformation asymmetry theory and government governance theory,systematically studies the problems of network security supervision from the perspective of public security system through the method of literature research,experience reference and summarization.The network security supervision of public security system has gone through three stages: non-participation,preliminary supervision and professional supervision.Some achievements have been made in the construction of regulatory organizations,laws and practices,but there still exist the problems as follows: anomie of administrative law enforcement about cyber police,weak network security supervision force,large regional network security supervision regional differences,and lack of organic coordination among supervision departments.In terms of the reasons for the above problems,it mainly analyzes from the aspects of network security supervision legislation,law enforcement and the quality of network security supervisors.Our country should learn from the countries of the United States,Britain,Germany,Australia,and Japan which have made great achievements in network security regulation.The fundamental purpose of the research on the network security supervision of the public security system is to put forward a set of systematic and operational supervision scheme for the network security supervision,which can not only provide reference and guidance for the network security supervision practice of the public security system,but can also guarantee the safe operation of the internet.
