The Optimization Of Public Network Security Supervision Mode Of Public Security System In Harbin City

In recent years, the rapid increase in the popularity of the network and the network users, on one hand has promoted the exchange of information, but it also has caused more and more network security problems. The numbers of various types of illegal cases, or even serious criminal ones caused by network security issues have surged and disrupted harmonious and stable social order, and brought huge losses to the safety of life and property of citizens. In order to safeguard the health and specification development of the internet and ensure national security, public security system is responsible for strengthening the security of the Internet regulatory.However, due to their own shortcomings, the network security monitoring of public institutions by Harbin public security system has caused certain problems, such as imbalance of overall regulatory system level, lack of the ability to monitor the new technology, imperfection of the regulatory mechanism of network security and so on.This study inherited the theoretical foundation of related research scholars, and combined the theories with practice. Through the integrated use of literature research methods, survey research methods and experience summarization methods, the study focused on how Harbin Public Security System can respond to the new public network security issues and made specific suggestions of optimization from the four main aspects such as systems, mechanisms, management and public opinion on the network security regulatory approach by Harbin public security system. Hopefully, according to the actual situation of Harbin, this study will have certain reference value for better protection of public network security by Harbin public security system.
