Science and technology is a double-edged sword.Information technology promotes online shopping to bring many conveniences to consumers,but at the same time,it also brings safety risks to online shopping consumers' personal information.In the era of big data,the value of online shopping consumers' personal information is increasingly prominent.How to find the best balance between the protection of personal information rights and the healthy development of e-commerce is a difficult problem facing China's laws.On online consumers personal information security issues,China's legislature developed the corresponding laws and regulations,in the civil law protection,our country civil law general principles,"elimination","tort liability law provisions of the personal information is protected by law,according to the importance of personal information safety of network information era,at the same time reflects the progress of our country law,But there are also because of its not provided for in law in the legal attribute of personal information and practice to mix with privacy of personal information right,fuzzy rule information controller behavior rules and difficult to regulate personal information control main body behavior and the information security risk,the lack of specific online consumers personal information infringement relief way that online shopping consumer rights protection way of difficult problems,such as difficult to meet online to consumers' legal rights protection of big data age requirements.As China's basic law,civil law plays a fundamental role in protecting online shopping consumers' personal information rights.Therefore,it is necessary to improve relevant laws on personal information protection to achieve a balance between the economic development of e-commerce and the protection of online shopping consumers' personal information.Based on the above considerations,this paper mainly discusses the right attributes of online shopping consumers' personal credit rights,the problems in practice and other aspects,and puts forward Suggestions to improve the relevant rules.
