The young pioneers organization is not only a school for children to learn socialism with Chinese characteristics and communism,but also a reserve team for building socialism and communism,which is related to the future of China's socialist construction.The party and the state have long attached great importance to the work of the young pioneers.The young pioneers have also made remarkable achievements in many fields,such as cultivating the moral qualities of the young pioneers,building a new working mechanism for the young pioneers,and innovating the forms of education for the activities of the young pioneers.Work with the time development,the young pioneers exposed many problems,one of the most fundamental question is the young pioneers organization practice deviated from the provisions of the property,embodied in: oneself as a part of the school organization,too much emphasis on school organizational tasks,weakening its organizational attribute,so that reduces the unique characteristics of the young pioneers organization education impacts on the organization members.The root cause is that the theoretical orientation of the organization attribute of the young pioneers is not clear and the practice of the organization attribute of the young pioneers is not comprehensive.If we have a vague or even biased understanding of the organizational attributes of the young pioneers,it will inevitably lead to the difficulty in fully realizing the organizational goals in organizational practice,and even make the organization run off the track that the organization should strive for.Based on the above background,this study on the one hand clarifies the positioning of the organizational attributes of the young pioneers from the theoretical level,on the other hand,from the practical level to see whether the specific work of the young pioneers conforms to the correct organizational attributes,and further explore the reasons that hinder the implementation of the organizational attributes of the young pioneers in organizational practice and solutions.In order to correct people's biased understanding of the organization of the young pioneers and inappropriate organizational behavior,improve the work of the young pioneers to provide reference,promote the maximization of the significance of the organization of the youngpioneers education.Through the collection and analysis of text and research data,the following conclusions are drawn:First of all,the young pioneers organization has two basic attributes: children's sex and political nature.First,child sex is the natural attribute of the young pioneers as a children's organization,which determines the realization rate of political education significance of the young pioneers.Political nature is the essential attribute of the organization of the young pioneers,which is different from other children's organizations and determines the existence and development of the organization.Second,the essential and non-essential status of political nature and children's nature inherently requires the young pioneers to make the decision and behavior tendency of "jointly promoting the realization of the dual nature of political nature and children's nature,but taking the full embodiment of political nature as the final focus".Secondly,the research results show that people have a fuzzy understanding of organizational attributes in practice,and the young pioneers' work practice deviates from the provisions of correct organizational attributes.The main performance is: the emphasis on the nature of children and the relative neglect of politics,thus making the nature of children arrogation of the political,so that the organization of the nature of children has been very good to achieve,but the reality of the political realization encountered obstacles.Among them,the distribution of several elements affecting the implementation of the essential attributes of the young pioneers in organizational practice is as follows: first,in terms of activity organization,the implementation of political requirements has not been fully paid attention to,and the goals of the activities of the young pioneers deviate from the requirements of political attributes.Second,in the young pioneers counselors,there are problems such as unclear cognition of the organization of the young pioneers and incomplete cognition of the organizational attributes of the young pioneers.Thirdly,in terms of young pioneers,they not only have a vague understanding of the organization of young pioneers,but also lack of adequate organizational identity.Finally,clarify the attributes correct positioning of the young pioneers organization,clarified the young pioneers working practice fuzzy cognitive and deviation from the tendency of organizational attributes and its influencing factors,needs to be based on correct positioningbased on the attributes of the young pioneers organization,build a set of the young pioneers to work better conform to the stipulations of the essential attribute of countermeasure system particularity of nature-from the outstanding young pioneers activities,construction of appropriate counselor team,cultivate the correct cognition and organization identity of the young pioneers,to build an organization that makes the elements are organized around and the strategy system for the "personality",in order to better promote the young pioneers education significance to maximize,Make the young pioneers organization better serve the development of the young pioneers.
