The young pioneers is a mass organization of children,but also the individual social organization,its identity research is of great significance to children's education.However,in the current organizational life of the Young Pioneers,there is a decline in the sense of identity and honor of many players.Based on this,this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of the Young Pioneers' organizational identity,and accordingly puts forward the specific training path to enhance the organizational identity of Young Pioneers.Guided by the theory of organizational identity,this paper regards the organizational identity of the Young Pioneers as a dynamic development process.The research methods include literature method,interview method,questionnaire method.In the questionnaire,this study used stratified sampling method,the city and town as the division standard,5 urban and rural schools in Jinhua were 434 3-6(grade)young pioneers as the research sample,to investigate the current status of the young pioneers organization identity from organizational atmosphere,organizational activities,organizational relationships,organizational identity layer four the surface.The results show that the overall organizational identity of the Young Pioneers is at the middle level,which is mainly reflected in:1)the organizational atmosphere is more acceptable,the sense of honor is relatively stronger,the love of the Party and the patriotic feeling is positive;the evaluation of the organization is relatively optimistic;the symbol of organizational culture is more recognized,and the identity of the organizational ceremony is relatively higher.2)The organizational activity has a higher degree of identity and more active participation,but the intention to maintain the activity is relatively low;The individual organization activity behavior is independent,but the cognition to the activity behavior is relatively fuzzy.3)The degree of identity of organizational relationship is relatively high and the behavior of organizational relationship is more standardized;There are many positive behaviors among members,but the intention of maintaining behavior among members is relatively low.4)Internalization of organizational identity and strong sense of identity sensitivity;The evaluation of organizational identity is more positive,and the identity responsibility is relatively strong,but the self-restraint is weak;Organizing cadres is the goal of the identity pursuit within the organization.Through the interviews with the Young Pioneers and counselors,combined with the relevant literature,it is found that the school's educational management,the ideological guidance of the counselors and the importance of the Party and Youth League organizations have a positive effect on the organizational identity of the Young Pioneers.An individual's experience in organizational life is an important factor affecting his or her understanding and ownership of the organization.On the basis of analysis and summary,this paper puts forward four aspects to promote the young pioneers in organizing atmosphere,organizing activities,organizing internal relations,from four aspects of organizational thought guidance,activity organization,cultural atmosphere construction and organizational democratic management.The cultivation path of organizational identity:Strengthening the ideological and ideological guidance of Young Pioneers and strengthening the organizational Cultural identity;Innovating Young Pioneers' activity Organization and form,cultivating organizational activity identity;Construction of organizational Harmony and Promotion of Intra-organizational relationship identity;create channels for Young Pioneers' Democratic Management and strengthening the identity of the members of the Organization.
