Research On The Law Enforcement Of Labor Security Supervision In Heze City

In the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the idea of "building harmonious labor relations" once again,which can fully reflects the importance and determination of the Party and the state to “build harmonious labor relations”.Heze City,as a backward area in Shandong Province,has made considerable progress recent years in the field of national economy and social development with the strongly support of its superiors and its own efforts.But at the same time,with the rapid development of Heze's economy,labor relations are becoming much more complex and changeable,and there are more and more difficulties and problems in labor security supervision and law enforcement,which are affecting the construction of harmonious labor relations to our city in a way.Harmonious labor relations are the strong support for sustained and healthy economic development.Economic development should pursue speed and quality,and make every labourer enjoy the development achievement fairly.This requires Heze to further improve the working mechanism and level of labor security supervision and law enforcement,keep pace with time and keep working on innovation and constantly overcome and solve the difficulties and problems encountered.This paper takes "the problem of Heze labor security supervision and law enforcement " as a research object,based on the relevant theories and systems of labor security supervision,taking the general situation of law enforcement of labor security supervision of Heze City as the premise,by collecting a large number of literature and data,field investigated the enforcement of labor security supervision.I summed up the problems of labor security supervision and law enforcement of Heze city from four aspects,including the relevant laws and system,building their own law enforcement,law enforcement mechanism,law enforcement of environmental,and an analysis of the causes of problems and using the experience of domestic labor security supervision law enforcement in other areas.Finally,put forward suggestions from three major aspects of strengthen the self-construction of the law enforcement department of labor security supervision,improve the relevant mechanism of labor security supervision and law enforcement,and optimize the law enforcement of labor security supervision for improving the labor security supervision and law enforcement of Heze City.I wish the suggestions in this paper can play a positive role in the work of labor security supervision and law enforcement of Heze City,and make contribution to the construction of economic development and harmonious labor relations of Heze City.
