Research On My Country's Urban Child Welfare Policy

Children are the main human capital of a country's future.Children are the future and hope of a country.The welfare status of children is an important basis for measuring the welfare development of a country.With the transformation of China's social structure and the acceleration of modernization,the public policy situation in cities plays a leading role for the country.It can be seen that urban child welfare policy is becoming more and more important,and will even become a priority area of public policy and social policy agenda.It also occupies a basic and core position in the social welfare system.Therefore,the concept of child welfare policy should also be changed,and the child welfare policy should be closer to the general benefit type.The article is divided into three parts.The first part explains the related concepts of the child welfare policy and accounts for its meaning and value.Secondly,it gives a brief description of the current situation and content of urban child welfare policies and institutions in China.Finally,it introduces the relevant theoretical basis of the whole article.The second part is mainly to present the existing problems in the current policy of urban child welfare in China,and to analyze the reasons.The third part proposes several aspects to improve the urban child welfare policy,including changing the value and awareness of welfare policy,strengthening the construction of child welfare institutions,formulating special child welfare regulations,and strengthening the evaluation of urban child welfare policies.The formulation and implementation of urban child welfare policies are bound to be difficult.However,with the continuous enrichment of policy research,the continuous improvement of policy content,and the continuous improvement of policy evaluation,the future of urban child welfare policy in China will eventually develop to benefit all children in the country.
