Investigation And Analysis Of Village-level Archives Management

China is a big agricultural country.Therefore,village archives and their management are an important part of the development of archives in our country.Village-level archives are not only the original record of rural production and life,but also an important evidence for carrying out grassroots village affairs activities,developing rural economy,and solving disputes between people especially with the continuous advancement of the construction of new socialist countryside,the types and quantity of village-level archives are gradually increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for the management of village-level archives.Studying village-level archives management can not only deepen the exploration of village-level archives management in theory,but also provide necessary reference and reference for administrative village archives management,so as to improve the level of village-level archives management.The author takes village-level archives management of Beizhai Township in Yushe County,Shanxi Province as the research object,through field investigation,and understands some achievements and problems of Beizhai village-level archives management,and analyses the reasons for the problems.On this basis,the corresponding countermeasures for improving the village-level file management of Beizhai Township are put forward,which is also the core of this research topic,hoping to help Beizhai village-level archives management to a certain extent.
