Group Work Involves Research On Improving The Resilience Of Migrant Workers' Children

With the rapid urbanization process of China,prompting a growing number of Labour from the countryside to the city,formed the rural migrant workers in this group,in recent years,more and more migrant workers no longer single out,but his family moved,among them part of the children follow their parents came to the city life,it formed a new group,the children of migrant workers trailing.For them,urban life is both novel and challenging.In the face of environmental changes,academic difficulties,lack of parental care and other factors,it is inevitable for children of migrant workers to form a character of inferiority and timidity.In the face of adversity,children of migrant workers do not have the ability or know how to face it.Therefore,how to help the children of migrant workers to improve their resilience,quickly adapt to and integrate into the new environment,actively find their own advantages,find self-confidence,enable them to correctly face and successfully deal with the setbacks and difficulties in study and life,and promote their healthy growth is the focus of this paper.In this paper,the author took the growth group activities carried out in Community Y of X city as an example,combined with the group work method in the area under its jurisdiction 6 migrant workers children trailing direct intervention,the author in the process of art to social work force theory as the instruction,in combination with the practical situation of team members to develop team,activity planning and process objective record each event reflect,evaluate,summary and reflection,to ensure its progressive and effectiveness of the team.Finally,it is found that the working method of group activities can effectively enhance the self-confidence of children of migrant workers and accelerate their environmental adaptation.By comparing the data of pre-test and post-test,it is found that the improvement of resilience can effectively prevent,help and improve the psychological and behavioral problems of the children of migrant workers.
