Research On The Involvement Of Social Work In Juvenile Criminal Offenses

In recent years,juvenile delinquency has become the focus of society.With the rapid development of China,the social transformation has accelerated,and various social contradictions have been intensifying.The incidence of criminal cases of juveniles has been increasing from all levels.Has affected the harmony and stability of society.How to properly guide the thoughts and behaviors of the minors involved,correct their misconceptions and illegal behaviors,reduce the chance of recidivism,and protect their legitimate rights and interests.As an important force to help solve social problems,social workers have the responsibility and obligation to help society solve this thorny problem.The research is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and purpose,research ideas and methods,summarizes the development of domestic and foreign judicial social work and service methods,and defines related concepts and explains the research.The theory used in the theory.The second chapter mainly introduces the service process and specific work content of Z organization through the internship process of Z organization in Xi'an,which mainly includes three kinds of services.The first one is suitable for adult services.Capture operations,appease the sentiment of minors involved in the case,and cooperate with police investigations;participate in police trials,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors involved in the case,and maintain good communication between the two parties.The second is the judicial social investigation service.Through interviews with minors involved in the case and their parents,the case community is visited to fully understand the true basic situation of the case and provide an objective,comprehensive and true social investigation report for the public security inspection agency..The third type is the social help and education service,which provides special help and education services for minors involved in the case without conditional prosecution and imprisonment to correct their misconceptions and deviant behavior.Start with multiple layers to reduce the chance of recidivism of minors involved.And the above three services are specifically described in the form of cases.The third chapter mainly introduces the dilemmas encountered in the internship work process and the government level,organization level,social worker level and the support system level of the minors involved in the organization.The fifth chapter mainly provides the cracking suggestions for the problems encountered by the organization from the perspective of the researchers,hoping to promote the better development of the judicial social work field in Xi'an.
