A Study On The Intervention Of Judicial Social Work In Juvenile Criminal Crimes

At present,as a social vulnerable group,juvenile delinquency has become the focus of the whole society and even the world,because juvenile delinquency has caused great damage to the healthy operation and coordinated development of the society,forming a huge social pressure.Minors are the future of the country and the hope of the nation.It is the urgent desire of the family,society and the country to help the criminal minors return to the society smoothly and prevent them from committing crimes again.Judicial social work is the inevitable result and system arrangement of strengthening social construction and innovating social governance.It is charged with the important mission of repairing social relations and resolving social contradictions.Judicial social work through the intervention of professional forces in the judicial work,can take effective measures to actively guide and timely correct the deviant behavior after the prevention of juvenile delinquency or the occurrence of criminal behavior,which has become an effective way to intervene in juvenile delinquency.In this thesis,the methods of case analysis,comparative analysis and field research are used.Firstly,the necessity of the intervention of judicial social work in juvenile delinquency is introduced,and the main causes of juvenile delinquency and the current situation of the intervention of judicial social work in juvenile delinquency are analyzed,focusing on the situation of Kunming,analyzes the effectiveness and practical difficulties of the intervention of judicial social work in juvenile delinquency.Then,combined with the problems existing in the intervention of judicial social work in juvenile delinquency,this paper puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures for the intervention of judicial social work in juvenile delinquency in Kunming:(1)Optimize the intervention mode of judicial social work;(2)Building an excellent judicial and social work talent team;(3)Give full play to the support of all sectors of society.Again,the article introduces the process and basic practice of judicial social work involving in juvenile delinquency in developed countries such as the United States,Britain,Germany,Japan and Italy.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the intervention of the judicial and social work of juvenile delinquency in China:(1)attachimportance to the construction of laws and regulations,improve the legal system of judicial and social work;(2)mobilize all forces to carry out the work of juvenile protection;(3)improve the mechanism and system of the intervention of judicial and social work of juvenile delinquency.The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the practice of judicial social work involving in juvenile delinquency in Kunming under the new situation,and to improve the theory of judicial social work involving in juvenile delinquency in China.
