Research On Optimization Of Online Administrative Approval Process Based On Public Demand Orientation

It is the general goal of China's administrative system reform to build a service-oriented government.With the development of information technology and the Internet,the "Internet plus government service",which is the main carrier of online administrative approval,has become an important means to build a service-oriented government.Based on the public demand orientation,the government needs to optimize the existing online administrative approval service to provide a better user experience to build a service-oriented government of the people's satisfaction.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the public's demand for online administrative approval service and the existing problems,and puts forward the optimization strategy of online administrative approval process.This article mainly discusses from the theoretical basis,a case study on Hangzhou commercial registration "online approval",strategy of online administrative approval process optimization.First,the article elaborates the administrative examination and approval,online administrative examination and approval,government process reengineering and other related concepts and theory,defines the public demand and the public demand for online administrative approval,and analyzes the characteristics of public demand,the diversity of public demand for online administrative approval and its influencing factors,and then on this basis,takes the Hangzhou commercial registration "online approval” service for example,using the case study,sampling survey,interviews and other research methods to analyze the demand of Hangzhou commercial registration "online approval” service,and teases the problem and its cause of Hangzhou commercial registration "online approval” service according to the results of the analysis;Finally,in view of the problems,the article puts forward the optimization strategy of online administrative approval process on the public demand oriented,and provide s the corresponding supporting system and technical support,in response to public demand,improve public satisfaction,achieve the goal of speed up the construction of people's satisfaction of service oriented government.
