Research On The Improvement Of Participation Ability Of Residents In Rural-to-resident Communities Under The Regional Development Model

With the acceleration of China's new urbanization process,the rural community has gradually become a common community on the edge of the city.Due to the characteristics of the community itself,the plight of community residents' participation is gradually exposed,and the insufficient ability of community residents to participate is increasingly prominent,which has become one of the main factors restricting community construction and sustainable development,and has also become the focus of the academic circle.Paper first model for regional development,farmers in the community and community participation in the literature review and analysis on the related research summary,then one farmer in the community of social work services were analyzed and discussed,turn positive reflection of social work methods in agriculture in the application of community residents to participate in the ability to ascend,and the final research conclusion.Specifically,the author interviewed residents of different genders,ages and educational levels in the community to understand the needs of community residents and the problems in the community,thus designed the project implementation plan and summarized the role of social workers in it.Gradually launch community backbone,community council publicity,community activities.It is the significance of this study to reflect on the practical process of the improvement of residents' participation ability.The paper argues that under the guidance of the regional development model,community collective action should be carried out based on residents' needs and community problems.Through community activities,the frequency of community residents participating in collective activities should be increased to help them understand the knowledge of community participation.To promote the interest and awareness of residents' community participation and train residents' participation skills;Finally,the goal of enhancing residents' participation ability and facilitating community construction and sustainable development will be achieved.Through the research,it is found that under the guidance of regional development model,the improvement of residents' participation ability and the construction of "co-construction,co-governance and sharing" community can inject strong power into community development.
