| As one of the sources of community development and social progress,the quality of community participation directly affects the success or failure of community construction and the quality of life of community residents,how to exploit community resources to respond to the needs of community residents,arouse the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community affairs,thus enhance the residents ’ ability to solve the community affairs,and then improve their participation in community construction,Based on the regional development model,this paper explores the practical process of community participation and the specific application of the regional development model in community participation,and puts forward relevant feasible countermeasures to promote the community participation and community construction in the sample community.This article selects the BBT community as a sample,analyzes the resident community participation present situation and the influencing factor,including the individual factor,the social factor and so on.Through analysis,this paper argues that the BBT community walks in the forefront of our community construction,and its good resident community participation is inseparable.And the value concept,theoretical hypothesis,task target and action strategy of the Regional development model have the feasibility of using the sample community,The paper also summarizes the specific cases of the sample community in developing autonomous organization,cultivating community culture and utilizing local resources,and finally based on the regional development model,summarizing the relevant experience practice of BBT community.t puts forward some suggestions on improving the community participation degree of the residents,the government should exclude "parental" style,affirm the autonomy status of Community neighborhood committee,and deal with the relationship between the party and the community organization;We should pay attention to the cultivation of community elite leaders and deal with the relationship between Community interests and collective interests,and the residents ’ level should pay attention to the cultivation of community participation consciousness and the enhancement of participation ability. |
