| Community culture is one of the important factors of condensation and to standardize the behavior of the community social function,the community construction in our country at present stage is still in the level of the government and social organizations as the leading,residents have not really involved.Therefore,if you want to do a good job in the construction of community must give play to the subject status of the community residents,promote the residents to participate in,to strengthen community cultural identity,cultivate the community development of endogenous power.Collective memory is an important material to construct human identity and an important way to form collective identity.At present,the social work is widely involved in the community under the background of the community,how to use social work professional concept,methods and techniques to dig deep and build effective community collective memory,and then promote the better development of the community has become the focus of the research and practice.This study is guided by the basic hypothesis and relevant concepts of regional development model.Firstly,literature research is carried out to study the research achievements related to community participation,community social work,regional development model and collective memory.Secondly,using the method of interview and observation method to collect data,to understand the status of the residents in the station,to analyze it and analyze it and define the needs;Thirdly,the project design is carried out in combination with regional development model and collective memory theory,and the content of each project is carried out,and the practical process is recorded and analyzed.In the end,the process and result evaluation of the professional methods and techniques of community social work are used to summarize the practice patterns and strategies of community collective memory to promote community participation through the construction of community collective memory,and to reflect on the process and research process of practice,and to sum up the experience.The project has effectively promoted the participation of residents’communities and enhanced the overall community identity.Based on the research,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the construction of community memory in the regional development mode,and the community level is to establish the community files such as residents’ families and community celebrities.Residents should pay attention to the improvement of residents’ participation awareness and participation ability,and pay attention to the cultivation of community leaders.Social workers should clearly define the role of social workers and pay attention to trace management in project implementation.Through the study found that regional development mode can be effectively applied to the practice of community construction of collective memory,through the perspective of social work,ideas and methods,based on regional development pattern in the community collective memory build process,from mining from mining the common needs of residents,residents participation,building relationships between people,pay attention to our residents’ subjective initiative,effectively promote the community collective memory and reshape the enhancing of mining.And collective memory theory combined with regional development model,through community activities to gather and to stimulate already forgotten community collective memory,and then promote the continuation of cohesion between groups,effective mobilization of the participation of the community residents,so as to improve the community residents’ participation,more effectively promote the community culture construction as a whole. |
