Research On Local Supervision System In Ming Dynasty

Ming Dynasty is the most representative Dynasty in the late feudal society of China.During its 276 years of brilliant rule,its politics,culture and economy have made considerable development and great achievements.The autocratic centralization system also reached its peak in Ming Dynasty,and its supervision system has also been accompanied by the development of the autocratic centralization system.It not only inherits the mature experience of previous dynasties,but also inherits the mature experience of previous dynasties On the basis of bold innovation,a new supervisory system with complete and strict system has been established,which has influenced China for more than 500 years.The supervision system of Ming Dynasty formed two systems of central and local supervision.The local government has set up a system of punishing and supervising officials,patrolling imperial officials,governor and governor.The Department of sentencing and probation is a permanent supervisory organ.The governor is an irregular inspection and supervision organ.In order to make up for the defects of the "three divisions",the governor and governor system was established as the highest executive and judicial inspector.The most obvious feature is that all levels of supervision institutions have formed a single line of internal vertical leadership,and the external supervision system is relatively independent of other institutions.This kind of supervision system,which develops along the autocratic centralization of power,clearly realizes the separation of the central and local governments,the separation of supervision and administration,and the separation of supervision organs and government institutions,thus ensuring the efficient exercise of supervision power.The rich content of local supervision laws and regulations in Ming Dynasty is rare in the history of China's supervision system and even the history of the world's legal system.This clearly shows the rational thinking and wisdom of the Ming Dynasty in the use oflaw to restrict the operation of power,leaving valuable experience wealth for the reform of the current supervision system,which is worthy of our study.
