With the rapid development of our country's economy,the situation of social security is becoming more and more complicated,and various factors of illegal and criminal activities are increasing.The scope of women's participation in social and economic activities is expanding.Female delinquency has gradually become a serious social problem,and the number of female detainees in detention centers is increasing.Because the physical and psychological characteristics of female detainees are different from those of male detainees,it puts forward higher requirements for the original management of detention centers.Aiming at the management status and characteristics of female detainees in detention centers,this paper takes the detention center of H city as the research object.Through careful analysis and research,we can find out the problems existing in the management of female detainees,and take pertinent measures to solve the practical problems by increasing financial support,strengthening the construction of management team,improving management mechanism and innovating management methods,and constantly improve the management of female detainees.Work to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of female detainees and ensure the detention safety of female detainees and the smooth progress of criminal proceedings.
