Research On The Institutionalization Of The Distribution Of Value-added Benefits From The Expropriation Of Rural Collective Land

The distribution of value-added benefits of rural collective land expropriation is a key issue in the development of urban and rural areas in China.In China's urbanization process is accelerated in recent years,urban land distress the realistic background,the rural land especially the suburban rural land due to its low price,good location advantage for government to solve the plight of urban land "a good medicine",this is in accordance with the result of objective economic law,but also intensified the contradiction between human and land in our country.Under the current land management system in China,the circulation of rural collective land is still controversial and discussed.In order to solve the above problems,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of China's current system from the perspective of China's actual national conditions,combined with China's existing reform experience,relevant laws and regulations,as well as experience in and outside the region.And from basic principles,system,allocation mechanism,operation procedures and related mechanism in China is proposed five angles of rural collective land levy value-added profit distribution mechanism,from the system and its concept of this paper,the rural collective land expropriation and value-added benefits of how the concept of fair distribution,strive to explore effective rural collective land expropriation value-added profit distribution scheme.
