Research On The Care And Protection Of Left-behind Children In Zhuanghe City And Its Countermeasures

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,more and more rural people enter the cities to seek opportunities for development,and then a special phenomenon appears,that is,the problem of left behind children in rural areas.With the convening of the 19 th national congress,China has entered a new era.The new era calls for a new mission to effectively solve the problem of left behind children in rural areas,which is not only the requirement of the new era,but also an important measure to resolve social conflicts,maintain social harmony and stability,and fight a "poverty alleviation war".In this context,this study takes the left behind children in rural areas of Zhuanghe City as the object,literature research and social investigation as the data source,uses the multi-disciplinary analysis methods such as sociology,pedagogy,psychology,public management,etc.,according to the idea of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems,solving problems",and based on the spirit of policy documents,laws and regulations,to deeply explore the left behind children in rural areas The causes of the problem,to find practical solutions to the rural left behind children care and protection countermeasures and methods.This study is carried out through the following six parts:The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,literature research on domestic and foreign research progress and policies for minors,especially left behind children in rural areas.The second part defines and explains the related concepts of rural left behind children,and discusses the basic theories such as the theory of children's education stage,the theory of marginalization,the theory of demand level,and discusses the importance of solving the problem of rural left behind children at the level of public management.The third part,through the social survey of the status quo of the left behind children in Zhuanghe City,found that the left behind children in Zhuanghe City mainly have mental health problems,personal safety problems,and education problems.The deep-seated causes of the problems are as follows: first,the government has not strictly regulated from the system level;second,the distribution of social resources is uneven;third,the school has not reasonably arranged psychological guidance courses.The fourth part,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign rural left behind children's care and protection measures,summed up the advanced experience suitable for Zhuanghe City,and finally achieve the goal of solving the problem.The fifth part,combined with the actual situation of rural left behind children in Zhuanghe City,establishes a perfect system of care and protection for rural left behind children,a system of social cooperation and care,a mechanism of social participation under the leadership of the government,strengthening the dominant position of the family and other forms,to speed up the solution of the real plight of rural left behind children in Zhuanghe City.The sixth part summarizes the research conclusions,and puts forward the shortcomings and future research prospects.
