Research On Labor Unions’ Participation On Social Management Of Ningde City

Our country is entering a significant period of reform and openness,during which the field of social management faces important reforms and social contradictions are singled out.Labor union,an interest representation of broad staffs,is an important force participating in social management and plays an irreplaceable role in solving labor issues and maintaining social stability.Therefore,against this backdrop,it’s an unavoidable responsibility for labor union to take up new challenges in the processes of social management.Based on the labor union of Ningde city,this article analyzed and summarized the situation and problem of labor union managing in social work.And according to correlation theories and experiences in advanced areas,some suggestions and countermeasures on development of social management,status updating of labor union,reinforcing talent construction and service level of cadres,building basic personnel guidance system and the construction of migrants’ service system are proposed.The issue that labor union participating in social management is research focus,and this subject is worth the long-term study.
