Research On The Social Integration Of Adult Orphans In L Province From The Perspective Of Governance

It is therefore crucial to improve the social integration capacity of adult orphans.Even adult orphans admitted to college face the test of the small society of college.Many adult orphans who enter the university will also face inferiority complex,low life security and other reasons cannot be integrated into the university campus this small society,it can be imagined that even after college into the real society must also face great difficulties.How to effectively help orphans solve the problems of low salary,low living security and low competitive ability when they are integrated into society is a subject that deserves deep thinking and research.The main body of the study is adult orphans social integration problem,through the L provincial level civil affairs bureau and their own units(L province orphan school)to adult orphans questionnaire form,survey their current living conditions.The difficulties of integrating into society are analyzed by the feedback data.The problems mainly lie in four aspects: psychology,economy,employment and life security.Based on the theory of social integration(social exclusion theory,social integration theory and immigration integration theory)and governance theory,combined with the development of orphan education and the actual situation of L province,this paper finds out the causes of the above four problems,and puts forward an effective solution to the problem.Based on the current social background and domestic and foreign literature research results,this thesis takes the problem of adult orphans' integration into society as the research topic.Secondly,using the questionnaire method to investigate and interview the current situation of adult orphans' social integration,through the detailed analysis of the interview materials and survey data,it is found that the situation of adult orphans is generally "four low",low psychological tolerance,low competitiveness,low quality of employment and low living security,which is also the cause of their social integration problems This "four low" situation caused.Through further research and analysis,the causes of the above "four low" causes are caused by insufficient psychological counseling,lack of pertinence of vocational training,low quality of vocational docking enterprises and inadequate basic life security.For the above problems,this paper comprehensively uses the multi-co-governance theory and the systematic analysis method to verify the causes of these problems,and gives the feasible suggestions for four different aspects from the point of view of governance.
