The Problems And Countermeasures Of Home Care Services For The Disabled Elderly In Harbin

By means of questionnaire,return visit,semi-structured interview and other ways this paper has some insight into the state of the demand and supply of home-based care for the disabled elderly in Harbin.Through the comparative analysis of data,it is found that the home-based elderly care service in Harbin is mainly inadequate in terms of service quality,supply channels and standardized supervision.It may be related to the imperfect system and mechanism,limited industry development,insufficient social support,inadequate community security and not well organized participation of social organizations.According to the actual situation of Harbin,drawing on the advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward possible countermeasures: To explore the establishment of home care demand assessment system and home care service supply system for the disabled elderly;To guide the development of the elderly care industry in a macro level and supervise and manage the quality of elderly care in a micro level;To optimize the elderly care service platform by integrating market resources and building an online elderly care service platform Market supply mode,and guide the elderly care industry and social organizations to provide nursing services for families,provide technical support and security.
