Casework Involvement In Employment Promotion For Persons With Physical Disabilities

With the basic realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the cause of the disabled has made corresponding progress and results.According to the data of the China Disabled Persons' Federation in 2018,the number of persons with disabilities in urban and rural areas who have achieved certified employment is increasing,but the number of persons with disabilities who have not achieved employment is still as high as 90%.Although the implementation of the employment policy for persons with disabilities has increased the employment rate of persons with disabilities,it has not been effective in helping persons with severe disabilities to achieve employment and still can not change the employment of persons with disabilities.In 2015,the China Federation of Persons with Disabilities proposed a comprehensive promotion of the development of auxiliary employment for persons with disabilities,with the aim of helping persons with intellectual,mental and severe physical disabilities Engaged in productive labour.The intervention of social work in the realization of auxiliary employment for persons with severe physical disabilities puts forward feasible methods for promoting the employment of persons with physical disabilities.On the subject of promoting the employment of persons with physical disabilities,this paper expounds the research direction and intention of this paper by introducing the research background,research significance,research ideas and definition of related concepts;on the basis of the current research situation at home and abroad,it grasps the current form and basic situation of the employment of persons with disabilities;through collecting the background information of the service object,it evaluates the employment needs of the service object,and formulates the feasible target and specific service plan;Guided by the theory of empowerment and emotional ABC,this paper introduces the methods of supporting employment for persons with severe physical disabilities from the aspects of personal psychology and external family and social environment.to evaluate and summarize the service effect;through summing up and reflection,the advantages and disadvantages of the service process are put forward,which provides reference for the employment promotion of the disabled persons with limbs.Through the intervention of the personal psychology and external environment of the severely physically disabled,this paper satisfies the employment demand of the service object,and achieves the service goal of helping the service object to realize theemployment and enhance the sense of self-worth.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,the attention of the society to the employment problem and the quality of life of the severely physically disabled can be raised,and the theory and practice of social work of the disabled can be improved and developed.
