Research On Community Grid Governance Of Dingshan Street In Jiangbei New District

In recent years,with the development of industrialization,urbanization and the integration of urban and rural areas,great changes have taken place in community category,population scale and life style,as well as in the form of grass-roots organizations.The original administrative villages have begun to change to rural communities and urban communities.The traditional community management system has many kinds of management difficulties,such as poor system and mechanism,backward management concept and lack of public services Topic,is giving birth to the new community governance model innovation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,governments at all levels have attached great importance to a series of new situations and problems faced by community management,put forward new goals and requirements at the practical level,and gradually changed community management to community governance.For a long time,government leading is the main way of community governance in China.The administrative color is relatively strong.Too much government participation leads to high administrative community governance,low participation rate of residents,and the role of social forces has not been played.In order to completely change the current situation and meet the needs of community governance in the process of urbanization,we must update the concept,thinking and methods.In the context of innovative community governance,grid operation has come into being.From the "Dongcheng mode" in Dongcheng District of Beijing to the "grid management and group service" mode in Zhoushan of Zhejiang Province,it has become the object of learning and imitating for each grass-roots unit.Through the experience summary of grid work in Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang and other advanced areas and the research of various experts and scholars,it is found that grid governance as a new social governance model has been rising and promoted in various cities,which makes the governance system of grass-roots communities(villages)perfect and optimized,and gradually changes the political and social structure of grass-roots.Grid governance realizes all-round innovation of technical means,management mechanism,management process and evaluation system of urban grassroots social governance.It can discover,deal with and feed back all kinds of problems encountered in the process of community governance in time,realize the accuracy,efficiency,full time and all-round of community governance,and greatly broaden the scope and scope of urban grassroots community governance Depth,effectively improve the grass-roots community governance system and capacity modernization level.However,it is necessary to examine the grid comprehensively when it is popularized in an all-round way.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,the concept of Community Grid and the comparison of data,this paper studies the grid work of Dingshan street in Jiangbei new district,Nanjing,comprehensively analyzes the methods and achievements of the grid work of Dingshan street,and focuses on the problems existing in the current grid work Based on the analysis of the reasons,the optimization path of grid governance is found.
